Christmas Celebration

We celebrated Christmas at a Hotel in the Norwegian mountains. It was traditional with food, presents, walk around the Christmas tree etc. "Santa" or the Norwegian "Julenisse" came with a reindeer and presents. One night we had a long ride with horses out in the snow in a sledge with bells and torches. Although it was cold I managed to fall asleep during the ride.

Christmas Shopping

On Saturday we did a little Christmas shopping and it was nice with a little break with some food

and playing around with some other small kids.

My mother bought me a lot of silkscarves on her trip to China. Here I'm trying some of them.

The first Snow

When I wake up this morning everything was white outside...I didn't understand, it was a bit cold but it was nice and fun.

My father had to take bus and train to work today.

I was quite early out this morning with my mother playing in the snow. Later I also played in the snow on our balcony.

1 year old

7th of October I was one year old. It was when we were busy moving house so we didn't have time to big celebration, but we had a few visits anyway.
So much has happened recently since I came back to Norway. I had a cold for a long time maybe because of a big climate change, here is much colder but I'm getting used to it.
Since I started to walk I'm also falling sometimes and hurt myself so there has been some bloodshed and scars but I'm recovering quickly.
I really like the new place with plenty of space to walk around. I like to play football and dance to music. So far I think the ball is my favourite toy and other things which belongs to my parents.
I have got my own bedroom and I sleep there most of the time, but it took some time to get used to it.
I'm talking a lot but they don't understand much more than mama and papa of the things I say.

forest and close to seaside also.

No much furniture yet and that means a lot of space for me to walk around.

I can walk properly now and also rise up from floor without holding on to something.

I'm checking out our new home in Vestby, 30-40 minutes south of Oslo.

A visit to my dad's office...here was a lot of interesting things.

Leah is two days older than me and here we are celebrating her birthday.

We didn't stay long in our old flat before we had to move....they are taking everything away...am I not going to live here anymore??

I'm back!!!

I'm back in business with some blogging again. Recently we have been very busy moving to another house and also out of the city to a more peacefull place. Because of moving we have been without internet connection for some weeks as well.

I was back to Norway in middle of September.

On Top of the Stairs

I'm 10 months old and what can I do which I couldn't one month ago? Not so much but I can do all things better! I'm very fast crawling everywhere and also fast going around our coffeetable with my hands on the table.

My latest achievement is to climb onto the sofa myself.
I'm also talking more and start copying things my parents say and do.
I also make a lot of grimaces to make fun and make people laugh.
I'm not at all afraid of others anymore. I like very much to go out. My father have daily taken me for a walk around the neighbourhood and it's so much to see and so much people who likes to look at me- I don't know why.

Today my father left for Norway and I will not see him again for a month. I really don't know how long time that is...I hope not too long, but he looked said so I'm worried. This time I think I will remember him when I see him again, otherwise I guess he will be very disappointed.

Julian 10 Months

Yesterday I was 1o months old and we had a trip to Tian'anmen Square which was nicely decorated for the Olympics which starts today. So today the 8th of August is a great day for China, but yesterday the 7th was a great day for me.
