At the Temple of Heaven

This is a famous tourist attraction in Beijing. It's just a few minutes drive from home, but it's a shame to say that we have never been here before so we found out it was about time to pay a visit.

My Dad comes to visit us

At the airport to pick up my dad.

A late night in Huhai, Beijing

New Car

I've got a nice new car; it can turn, go backwards and forwards, has headlights and music also.
Dressed like an emperor...i even have a hat, but I don't like to wear it!

Still in Beijing!

I've got a nice backpack and i like to carry it.

Here I'm getting used to eating out..almost every day.

In Beijing, China

I have been in Beijing now for 4 weeks already with my mother. My father is in Norway working
but I hope he is coming back to see me really soon. Here is no snow like in Norway and much warmer. I have seen and talked with my father on the computer...the first time I didn't quite understand so I cried a little, but now i understand it's really him and we do some finger signs at each other that we used to do.

Happy Spring Festival!

春节好!!!

恭喜发财!!!

Today is Chinese New Year. Although not in China this year I've had some traditional Chinese food...I eat a lot of dumplings and it was, mmm... very good! It was no fireworks here so I can sleep without any problem...

Christmas Celebration

We celebrated Christmas at a Hotel in the Norwegian mountains. It was traditional with food, presents, walk around the Christmas tree etc. "Santa" or the Norwegian "Julenisse" came with a reindeer and presents. One night we had a long ride with horses out in the snow in a sledge with bells and torches. Although it was cold I managed to fall asleep during the ride.

Waiting for the Christmas dinner.

Christmas Shopping

On Saturday we did a little Christmas shopping and it was nice with a little break with some food
and playing around with some other small kids.

My mother bought me a lot of silkscarves on her trip to China. Here I'm trying some of them.
